Provide hands-on administration and identity management, drive roadmaps, metrics, and vendor relationships, partner with business and security teams, mentor staff, and participate in on-call rotations and occasional travel.

The CMBS / CRE Research Associate supports research and data analysis in commercial real estate, producing reports and insights to inform ratings and market trends.

As a CMBS/CRE Research Associate, you will develop research publications, analyze datasets, and produce reports in commercial real estate and structured finance.

Lead credit ratings and research on banking institutions: analyze financial statements, prepare committee memos and reports, present rating recommendations, engage with rated institutions and investors, and monitor a portfolio for material developments.

Lead surveillance of assigned CMBS portfolio, perform property cash-flow and credit analyses, prepare and present reports to committees, support team operations, and improve processes to ensure timely, accurate credit ratings.
