As a Software Engineer III, you will lead software development projects, collaborate across teams, analyze customer requirements, and mentor junior engineers, ensuring compliance with standards and deadlines.

Coordinate test program objectives and data requirements for air operations, assist in scheduling, monitor operational efficiency, and ensure safety and security standards.

The RF Engineer serves as a subject matter expert in RF simulation, integrating and fielding systems to support military operations. Responsibilities include systems analysis, requirements documentation, testing support, and collaboration with stakeholders on technical proposals.

The Drafter prepares detailed mechanical and assembly drawings, revises existing drafts, and ensures compliance with standards while leading lower-level drafters.

Design, implement, test, and maintain software supporting flight test operations. Develop automation tools (Microsoft automation, in-house code), write and review code, collaborate on design, and perform unit/integration/system testing while interacting with customers and supporting sustainment activities.

Perform radar-related R&D and testing, analyze radar returns using Matlab/Python, apply radar signal processing (phased array, ISAR) and electromagnetic propagation knowledge, troubleshoot hardware/software, and provide engineering solutions in support of military test ranges.

Maintain and secure Windows server and workstation environments, administer LAN and networking hardware, manage document/configuration management systems, design/maintain web pages, track hardware inventories, perform system upgrades, and support cybersecurity posture and operational readiness under minimal supervision.

Serve as principal investigator and lead flight test engineer for complex test programs. Plan, conduct, and direct flight test execution as onboard Test Conductor, coordinate across engineering, maintenance, and aircrew, conduct briefings, analyze results, produce technical reports and proposals, and represent the company in customer meetings. Must obtain required medical and security clearances and perform occasional travel.

The role involves managing enterprise computer systems, configuring LINUX and UNIX systems, maintaining virtualization environments, and ensuring system security compliance.
