Lead Arango’s strategic technology alliances across hyperscalers, data platforms, and AI ecosystem partners. Define partnership strategy, create joint solutions and technical integrations, develop co-sell and co-market motions, and drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue. The role spans Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, including partner enablement, marketplace listings, commercial frameworks, governance, success metrics, and ecosystem expansion. Travel is expected 30–50%.

Support full-cycle technical recruiting by managing ATS (JazzHR), screening resumes, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews across time zones, tracking recruiting metrics, and communicating with candidates and recruiters.
