Manage onboarding for new M&A transactions including client communications, document collection and upload, wire verification, fee collection, reconciliations, reporting to senior leadership, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely post-close account support.

Manage payment workflows for complex M&A deals: process shareholder documentation and mail, perform data entry of PII, create and reconcile payment files, research returned/delayed payments, interact with security holders, track document retention per FINRA, and identify process improvements while meeting SLAs and occasional evening/weekend needs.

Lead and deliver cross-functional projects while building change management as a discipline. Develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption plans. Series 99 license required.

Support SRS Acquiom's thought leadership program by drafting and editing data-driven content, coordinating multi-stakeholder projects, managing logistics and events, assisting with data collection and training, and partnering with Marketing and Business Development to maintain brand-aligned, high-quality deliverables.
