Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended training for client onboarding and product adoption. Partner with SMEs to analyze needs, create storyboards, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments, maintain templates/standards, measure learning effectiveness, and support rollouts and train-the-trainer initiatives.
