Design and operate the backend platform powering virtual card issuance, real-time authorization, clearing and settlement. Build partner integrations, test tooling, reconciliation and observability, own production reliability and on-call, and onboard new banking/payment partners while ensuring data correctness, security, and compliance.

Lead core business analytics: build and maintain KPI dashboards, run statistical analyses and A/B tests, identify drivers of retention and revenue, support forecasting, partner with Product/Engineering to improve data quality, and use AI/scripting to automate analytics and surface insights for leadership.
