Research and process violations, reconcile payments, maintain driver data in SAP, coordinate training, support compliance, reporting, audits, and liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accountability and program accuracy.

Coach and train dealership teams to adopt a new online service reservation platform (FSR+).
