Lead sourcing and category strategies for Marketing, Sales, and G&A. Manage RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contracts, supplier performance, spend analysis, savings tracking, stakeholder alignment, and mentor junior procurement team members while ensuring policy compliance.
