Lead CRM channels (email, SMS, push, in-app), user data/segmentation, NPS/CSAT, service coordination, AI-driven personalization and automation, and build a cross-functional User Operation team to grow retention and LTV.

Lead top-of-funnel growth for FF Robotics across paid, organic, and partnership channels. Own strategy, measurement, and AI-augmented tooling to deliver qualified user volume and target CAC, build acquisition programs (paid media, SEO/ASO, partnerships, waitlist/pre-order, lifecycle), and hire/lead a multi-discipline acquisition team while aligning hand-offs to downstream sales channels.

Responsible for developing an AI Agent platform to enhance business productivity, integrating AI with core processes, and leading system architecture design.

Lead U.S.-focused creative ideation and content planning for AI/EV/robotics products; own the founder and brand X (Twitter) presence; write social copy, short-form video scripts, website and e-commerce content; plan livestream scripts; partner with product, design, performance-marketing and sales; localize content to U.S. cultural moments and leverage AI tools and analytics to optimize performance.
