Leads accounting operations across accounts payable, travel and expense, revenue accounting, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and monthly close. Manages accounting staff, oversees revenue-to-cash processes and reserves, maintains fixed assets and corporate schedules, supports internal controls, and reviews technical accounting judgments. Drives automation and process improvements in a multi-channel e-commerce environment.

Supports and optimizes NetSuite ERP and integrated business applications, including Shopify and warehouse management systems. Gathers requirements, coordinates enhancements and integrations, troubleshoots issues, conducts testing and UAT, maintains workflows and documentation, develops reports and dashboards, monitors data integrity, and trains users. Partners with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and the Systems Administrator to improve processes, support daily operations, and execute strategic technology initiatives.
