Plans and coordinates customer deployments of warehouse robotic systems from kickoff through launch and stabilization. Owns project plans, milestones, readiness reviews, risk tracking, status reporting, and cross-functional communication. Coordinates customer operations, facilities, IT, training, staffing, and workflow readiness while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, Hardware, Customer Success, and Fleet Operations. Supports onsite launches, escalates blockers, manages customer relationships, and contributes to post-launch reviews and expansion coordination.

Provide Tier 3 support for autonomous mobile robots, diagnosing complex hardware and software issues across Linux, ROS, cloud, and robotic systems. Analyze diagnostic data, identify root causes, coordinate escalations with customers and engineering, develop troubleshooting tools and processes, document technical resolutions, and support product hardening. The role may require travel to customer sites for onsite stabilization.

Lead development of warehouse robotic products, designing and managing mechanical components throughout the hardware lifecycle. Collaborate with industrial design, electrical, product, and software teams; resolve system issues; prototype rapidly; develop and execute test plans; and manage vendor relationships. The role requires independent work in a fast-paced startup environment and leadership of project teams developing and deploying robotic systems.
