The Manager of BlinkRx Growth & Strategy will drive growth initiatives, manage P&L, and oversee cross-functional projects in healthcare technology.

Own employee relations for a large hourly operations workforce: conduct investigations, manage cases in HR Acuity, coach frontline managers, advise on discipline and terminations, surface trends, and partner with HRBPs and counsel to ensure legally compliant, consistent outcomes.

Provide day-to-day HR support for hourly pharmacy operations: coach frontline managers on employee relations and performance management, conduct investigations and exit interviews, coordinate leaves/onboarding/offboarding, support talent programs and change communications, and track engagement and turnover trends.

The Manager of Network Strategy & Partner Operations will design, scale, and optimize BlinkRx's pharmacy network, leading partnerships and cross-functional initiatives while implementing automation and AI technologies.

Design and own end-to-end automation frameworks and roadmaps, build scalable test infrastructure for cloud-native and event-driven systems, implement functional/performance/security automation integrated into CI/CD, leverage AI-assisted tooling for intelligent test generation, self-healing automation, and autonomous QA workflows, and mentor SDETs to improve quality engineering practices.

Design and own end-to-end automation roadmaps and frameworks for complex, cross-team features. Build functional, performance, resiliency, and security test automation integrated into CI/CD. Design scalable test infrastructure for cloud-native and event-driven systems, leverage AI-assisted tooling for test generation and self-healing automation, and mentor engineers to improve automation, observability, and release reliability.

Lead end-to-end, cross-functional client onboarding, product launch, and operational readiness efforts. Drive program governance, risk management, escalation resolution, and scalable process improvements to ensure reliable, timely launch and stabilization across PSO and partner teams.

Lead and deliver large-scale, cross-functional technical programs from inception to delivery. Translate business strategy into engineering requirements and roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, improve delivery predictability and processes, use data to measure progress, and mentor TPMs while ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Provide high-level administrative and project support to a c-suite executive, including calendar management, communication liaison, meeting coordination, travel planning, expense reporting, onboarding support, and organizing team events. Anticipate needs, take meeting notes/action items, and collaborate with other EAs and Talent Acquisition to streamline processes.

Own and evolve Blink's frontend design system: build accessible, high-performance React UI components, maintain the centralized component library, integrate components into existing products, prototype new patterns, and consult/mentor engineering teams to ensure consistent, pixel‑perfect implementation.
