Own Webull’s market data product roadmap across retail and institutional channels. Define data sourcing, packaging, pricing, permissions, and delivery; manage exchange and vendor relationships; and oversee licensing, entitlements, reporting, audits, surveillance, and compliance. Partner with engineering, compliance, legal, customer service, and vendors to launch scalable capabilities. Benchmark competitors and identify improvements to market data coverage, pricing, packaging, user experience, and growth.

Own the global API product roadmap for institutional clients, supporting brokers, RIAs, family offices, trading firms, and third-party platforms. Define API solutions across traditional and emerging asset classes, collaborate with engineering on embedded finance and white-label integrations, maintain technical expertise, and engage clients to understand integration needs. Drive competitive, scalable, zero-to-one product launches in the fintech and broker-dealer space.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Webull’s institutional Prime Services platform. Define onboarding, trading, connectivity, risk, margin, financing, securities lending, settlement, reporting, billing, and client service capabilities across web, desktop, FIX, and API channels. Translate institutional client and business needs into product requirements, lead cross-functional delivery, analyze market opportunities, and manage pilots, launches, and continuous improvements with Engineering, Trading, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Sales, and clients.

Provides phone and written support to active traders, resolving complex issues involving order execution, P&L, margin, options, disputes, account access, and platform functionality. Explains trading mechanics, handles escalated and time-sensitive cases while meeting regulatory requirements, and helps improve knowledge resources and AI tools used by customer support teams.

Directs the development and daily operation of futures and prediction-market trading infrastructure. Responsibilities include self-clearing initiatives, trade routing, exchange and clearing connectivity, back-office processing, production readiness, trade-flow monitoring, issue escalation, margin and liquidation oversight, account risk management, and coordination with clearing firms, risk, compliance, and operations teams. The role supports 24/7 trading operations and requires hands-on futures infrastructure-building experience.

The Director of Futures Operations will oversee trading and clearing, manage futures and options trade flow, and enhance operational processes while collaborating with compliance and risk teams.

Investigate transaction monitoring, sanctions, trade surveillance, and blockchain alerts involving cryptocurrency activity.
