Drive People Systems and Analytics roadmap for Workday and Microsoft Fabric; build dashboards and actionable insights for workforce planning; establish data governance and audit readiness; manage compliance (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2, SOX); lead cross-functional system rollouts, user enablement, and continuous process improvement across HRIS and connected tools.

Design and implement containerized microservices in Go for a distributed, multi-tenant cloud telemetry and security platform. Own architecture, development lifecycle, operations, testing, and mentor junior engineers while partnering with Product Management to deliver secure, scalable features.

Lead alliance-focused product marketing: craft joint messaging and value propositions, produce partner content and enablement, support launches and integrations, run partner GTM programs, and measure alliance marketing performance to drive demand and pipeline.
