Provide Tier 2 phone-based technical support for Spectrio digital signage products, diagnose hardware/software issues, use diagnostic tools and CRMs, document solutions in a knowledge base, perform data entry, update supervisors, and assist other teams as needed.

Lead and mentor an 8+ frontend engineering team as a hands-on manager, define frontend architecture and modernization (Angular → Angular 20), own testing and CI/CD, optimize performance and scalability, design real-time integrations (WebSockets, MQTT, SSE), enforce security/SOC 2 controls, and drive hiring, reviews, and cross-functional delivery.
