Leads the strategic direction, architecture, engineering, security, and operational excellence of Syniverse’s internal and customer-facing network infrastructure. Oversees network design, deployment, maintenance, optimization, compliance, budgeting, vendor relationships, and risk mitigation. Manages and mentors network managers, architects, and engineers while establishing engineering standards, operational processes, and continuous improvement practices.

Provide escalated technical support and ownership for complex production issues, install/configure and optimize servers and network infrastructure, monitor application and system health, perform capacity planning and benchmarking, analyze logs and metrics, participate in database design reviews, and communicate with customers and stakeholders to resolve and prevent incidents.

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain enterprise software. Learn codebase, attend design meetings, write and fix code, perform analysis and testing, and mentor junior engineers.
