Leads two distributed frontend engineering squads responsible for platform foundations, navigation, search, and resource organization. The role requires experience in second-line SE leadership, team scaling, high-growth startups, open-source or developer-focused go-to-market motions, observability, and enterprise sales.

Own technical customer engagements for Grafana Cloud, partnering with Sales to qualify and close opportunities. Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, evaluations, and enablement while communicating customer feedback to Product and Engineering. Create documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge-base content.
