Design, build, and operate scalable infrastructure as code (Terraform/OpenTofu) for hybrid data center and AWS deployments. Own automation, Kubernetes/EKS orchestration, observability, security controls (FedRAMP/FISMA/IL4-5), and cross-team collaboration. Mentor engineers, automate deployments, document systems, and improve operational performance for a SaaS platform.

Design enterprise, data-heavy product surfaces from research through high-fidelity specs. Lead features, run customer sessions, improve workflows and data visualizations, scale the design system, and collaborate with Product and Engineering. Leverage AI tools to accelerate research and prototyping.
