Design scalable algorithms and data structures, implement ETL pipelines, microservices and REST APIs, deploy on Kubernetes, collaborate with Data Science, DevOps and Product, and ensure robust automated unit and integration testing of distributed systems processing terabytes daily.

Own, build, and optimize the company website as a growth channel: publish pages, maintain CMS and components, drive SEO/AEO and search discoverability, monitor performance and Core Web Vitals, ensure security and SOC 2 alignment, integrate with Salesforce and marketing systems, improve UX and conversion, manage backlog and projects, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

Conduct research and customer sessions, produce high-fidelity specs, scale the design system, create reusable components, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver user-centric, technically feasible workflows while leveraging AI tools to accelerate design.

Coordinate end-to-end recruiting logistics including complex interview scheduling and ATS upkeep; manage on-site office operations and vendor relationships; plan and execute company events, offsites, and travel logistics; provide executive administrative support; support onboarding, compliance, and people operations initiatives to create positive employee experiences in a fast-paced startup.
