Design, develop, and maintain complex, enterprise-scale software features and services across the OneStream CPM platform. Lead technical design, implement UI and APIs, ensure JSON/XML contract compatibility, improve performance and reliability, mentor engineers, participate in code reviews, and support CI/CD, testing, and production operations. Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to accelerate development.

Lead the Solution Exchange product roadmap, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an AI-enabled enterprise marketplace, define KPIs, translate customer feedback into requirements, run Agile ceremonies, enable stakeholders, and ensure adoption and delivery of B2B SaaS features.

Lead global compensation strategy and programs: job architecture, market pricing, merit/promotions, governance, data analysis, comp systems integrity, cross-functional initiatives, team leadership, and implementation of compensation technologies and AI-enabled solutions to support equitable, market-competitive pay practices.

Lead product strategy for Agile Financial Analytics: craft positioning, enablement, and executive narratives; align Product, Engineering, and GTM; drive launch readiness, adoption monitoring, and field feedback loops to inform roadmap and commercialization.

Lead cloud operations work including automated, scalable implementations, migrations, upgrades, and incident response. Mentor engineers, drive automation and standardization, monitor Azure environments, perform DR testing, support compliance, and own root cause analysis and remediation to meet SLAs and reliability targets.

Manage a portfolio of ~30-35 enterprise OneStream customers to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and renewals. Serve as primary customer advocate, run onboarding and business review cadences, mitigate risks, collaborate with sales and product/support teams, and mentor CSMs. Support regional metrics and up to 50% travel.
