Operationalize enterprise FinOps across cloud, data, developer productivity, AI, and SaaS platforms. Build cost estimation, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, tagging, allocation, dashboards, alerts, anomaly detection, optimization, and governance processes. Aggregate billing data across providers, analyze commitments and usage trends, support Finance and Procurement decisions, and coordinate cost remediation with workload teams. Translate complex billing and consumption data into actionable recommendations while enabling engineering teams to own and manage spend.
