Supports institutional and retail clients across Latin America through portfolio and market analysis, client reporting, research, CRM maintenance, sales support, and business development. Manage the vendor relationship, product vision, roadmap, feature prioritization, delivery accountability, stakeholder alignment, and escalation. Lead internal workflow and content-management changes, including training and adoption. Drive AI-assisted response generation with human review for accuracy and compliance, while improving response turnaround, consistency, and content reuse across sales, RFP, and compliance teams.

Supports a field-based Account Manager in developing and maintaining relationships with financial advisors. Responsibilities include market research, product and investment insights, client engagement, sales support, territory activity planning, reporting, workflow optimization, and participation in conferences and meetings. The role uses data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve client service and sales effectiveness while offering professional development toward future account management and client-facing opportunities.

Leads PIMCO’s income and yield forecasting platform and team, overseeing forecasts, reviewing assumptions, investigating variances, and delivering insights to investment and executive stakeholders. The role analyzes accounting and investment drivers, improves data quality and forecasting methodologies, partners with technology teams on platform enhancements, manages projects and vendors, and drives automation and AI adoption. Strong fixed-income accounting, investment analysis, analytical problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Leads PIMCO’s alternatives income and yield forecasting platform, expanding methodologies for complex investment products and fund structures. Analyzes fund, sector, asset-class, and security-level drivers; investigates variances and anomalies; and provides insights to investment professionals and senior leadership. Partners with technology teams to improve data, automation, reporting, and forecasting infrastructure, leads related projects, oversees vendors, and manages a team. Requires deep alternatives investment, fixed-income accounting, forecasting, analytical, stakeholder-management, and technology expertise.

Lead enterprise AI and digitalization initiatives across Global Operations: identify high-value AI opportunities, design transformation roadmaps and future-state operating models, deliver GenAI/LLM/agentic AI and automation solutions, drive adoption and value realization, and influence senior stakeholders while building governance and capability in a complex, regulated investment-management environment.

Supports investment operations across new market and instrument implementation, outsourced provider oversight, custodial oversight, operational risk mitigation, and process improvement. Partners with portfolio managers, clients, custodians, brokers, legal and compliance teams, and global operational groups. Responsibilities include analyzing fund-level data, monitoring data quality, managing exceptions, tracking project deliverables, preparing stakeholder reports, and developing expertise in FX, emerging markets, claims, and new securities.

Support private alternatives deal execution from pipeline through close by coordinating Portfolio Managers and cross-functional teams (Legal, Ops, Finance, Tax, Risk, Compliance, Trading). Manage deal setup and pipeline in DealCloud, monitor settlement and liquidity timing, ensure trade flow and tagging accuracy, assist with reporting, and respond to ad-hoc requests to keep transactions moving efficiently.

Validate and resolve daily security pricing for fixed income, derivatives, equities, FX, and commodities. Maintain and enhance price quality checks, manage vendor relationships, respond to stakeholder inquiries, support audits, create workflows and business requirements for pricing systems.
