Lead compensation programs, provide advisory support to HR and business leaders, run benchmarking (McLagan), support job architecture and leveling, partner with People Analytics, manage annual compensation cycle, produce communications and change materials, perform ad hoc analyses and identify AI automation opportunities to improve compensation workflows.

Support advisor and portfolio teams by developing customized marketing materials, executing client communications, planning events, managing project timelines with creative/digital/compliance partners, and measuring initiative performance to drive client engagement and business development.

Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives for Private Wealth, owning client and advisor journeys end-to-end. Create journey maps, SOPs, and playbooks; digitize account opening; define future-state platform and roadmap; set SLAs/KPIs; drive technology enablement, requirements, testing, launch adoption, and change management while partnering with senior stakeholders and mentoring junior staff.

Manage operational risk framework, investigate risk events, conduct assessments, and produce reports to enhance the control environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
