Lead the firms data risk management function: design and implement enterprise data risk frameworks, enforce controls across data lifecycles, oversee AI/ML model-data risks, map and mitigate risky data flows, drive incident RCA and remediation, and embed data risk into firm governance across technology, operational, and model risk domains.

Act as subject-matter expert on crypto market structure, liquidity, exchange connectivity, and custody; partner with product, engineering, QA, security, and infrastructure to deliver scalable, institutional-grade trading solutions and evaluate emerging tokenization and prime brokerage trends.

Lead and oversee cyber risk management and governance within the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Maintain cyber-risk register and controls, manage third-party cyber assessments, support audits and regulatory exams, report KPIs to senior management, mentor junior staff, and drive policy, standards, and program delivery across the firm.

Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot FIX connections and integration services for clients and vendors. Onboard and certify connectivity, monitor FIX sessions and message flows, diagnose and resolve production issues, collaborate with product and development teams, perform data-driven analysis, and maintain documentation and client relationships to support electronic trading workflows.
