Lead the accounting function for multiple entities and investment vehicles, overseeing monthly/quarterly/annual close, GAAP financial reporting and consolidation, audits, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and transaction/post-close accounting. Partner with deal teams, treasury, legal, FP&A and senior leadership. Drive finance transformation efforts (ERP upgrades, reporting automation) and lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.

Manage accounting, controls, reconciliations, and reporting for leases, fixed assets, prepaids and the general ledger. Maintain policies, coordinate with offshore and regional teams, drive process improvements and automation, and ensure US GAAP compliance for corporate financial disclosures.
