Lead U.S. transactional tax for private markets (infrastructure and private equity), supporting diligence, underwriting, structuring, execution and exits. Coordinate K-Series topside structuring globally, manage external advisors, review transaction documentation, advise cross-functional stakeholders, and support transaction-adjacent portfolio restructurings and exit planning.

Lead KKR's enterprise-wide contingent workforce program: set strategy, governance, supplier management, technology roadmap, analytics, risk/compliance, and executive reporting to control external labor spend and workforce composition across the firm.

Lead development of portfolio credit risk models to quantify tail losses from defaults and rating migrations across asset classes. Calibrate transition matrices, correlated migration, LGD/recovery inputs, and produce loss distributions. Build production Python pipelines, generate capital and tail-risk metrics to inform portfolio construction, limits, and stress testing, and partner with investment and finance teams to embed analytics into monitoring and reporting.

Own end-to-end operational management of Funding Agreement and FABN programs, including deal execution, settlement, payments, documentation workflows, and tracking. Lead the Quarterly FABN Program Update, coordinate with Legal, Reporting, auditors and external counsel, manage expense and reinsurance cost coordination, represent Treasury locally in Boston, and drive process improvements and automation across FA/FABN workstreams.

Serve as day-to-day relationship owner and internal lead for assigned strategic annuity partner firms. Execute partnership plans, manage agreements and approvals, run firm-level campaigns, track market share and production trends, maintain Salesforce account data, coordinate events and training, and partner cross-functionally to drive annuity sales and product placement.

Lead analytics for content and product marketing, define KPIs, measure content and campaign performance across channels, connect engagement to lead and pipeline outcomes, run SEO and testing programs, build dashboards and executive reports, partner with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior analysts.

Lead design and execution of KKR's global Operational Resilience program. Build and mentor a resilience team; own BCM and IBS inventories; define impact tolerances; run severe scenario testing and exercises; drive remediation and control effectiveness; coordinate integrated response across crisis, cyber, DR, and physical security; maintain KPIs, reporting, and regulatory/audit support; and partner with Technology, ERM, Compliance, Vendor Management, Human Capital, and Internal Audit.

The Internal Communications VP will develop internal communication strategies, provide advisory support to leaders, create engaging content, and collaborate on communications initiatives to enhance employee engagement at KKR.

Develop and price new annuity products using actuarial projection software; collaborate with investments, risk, finance, legal, and distribution teams; support filings, system testing, and product implementation; maintain competitive, documented pricing and industry knowledge to drive sales growth and profitability.
