Support portfolio managers and traders with day-to-day account management, trade allocation/booking, cash tracking, client communications, reporting, and system updates. Assist with market analysis and respond to client queries while ensuring portfolios follow guidelines and firm strategies.

Perform in-depth municipal credit analysis, develop buy/sell recommendations, monitor portfolio holdings, conduct sector reviews, respond to portfolio manager/trader inquiries, and maintain accurate credit records to support investment decision-making.

Manage relationships with institutional investors for the Real Estate Private Debt business. Support fundraising, prepare pitch materials, RFPs/DDQs, and investor reporting. Maintain CRM and investor databases, coordinate LP meetings and onboarding, liaise across investment, finance, legal, operations, and marketing teams, and ensure timely, accurate communications and reporting.
