The Associate Producer supports the Creative Team and E-Commerce Studio in managing studio production logistics, coordinating shoots, and ensuring smooth execution during production activities.

Support the production team by assisting with fabric sourcing, Centric data verification and PO issuance, supplier follow-ups for costing and TNA, maintaining development/bulk/TOP submissions, attending cross-functional meetings and fittings, communicating design comments to vendors, and completing administrative and ad hoc projects.

Lead strategy, development, and execution of vineyard vines’ experiential marketing and special events. Create annual event calendar, oversee large-scale activations (store openings, launches, influencer experiences, partnerships, philanthropic initiatives), manage production, vendors, budgets, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration. Build and mentor an events team, optimize operations for scalable excellence, and deliver executive reporting to measure brand and business impact. Requires extensive travel and availability for evenings/weekends.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of consumer, retail, influencer, wholesale, executive, and community events. Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, production, onsite execution, cross-functional coordination, event metrics, and mentorship for event staff to ensure elevated brand experiences.

Manage and grow premium specialty wholesale accounts by presenting curated assortments, driving revenue, supporting in-season merchandising and reorders, analyzing sales and inventory, onboarding new accounts, attending trade shows, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to showcase the brand and meet quarterly targets.

Support the Men's Knits design team by organizing samples/trims, maintaining trim libraries, updating sketches/CADs in Illustrator, filing paperwork, and assisting with fittings, binders, and ad hoc projects while demonstrating strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Assist the Creative team with concepting and creating in-market assets for site, email, and social. Support campaign prep and production, content lifecycle management, asset creation, and ad-hoc creative projects while contributing ideas and learning studio processes.

Support the e-commerce team with product setup and launches, daily site audits to maintain navigation and category integrity, and analysis of weekly sales and customer search trends. Help prioritize product and content updates, evaluate the online shopping experience using analytics, and stay current on e-commerce trends. Assist with general administrative tasks and cross-departmental support.

Assist accounting team with reconciliations, month-end close tasks, customer chargeback research, data template creation, spending analysis and re-forecasting. Provide administrative support, handle confidential materials, and complete ad-hoc projects while working part-time during the Fall internship term.
