The Senior Investment Analyst supports private markets investing across manager sourcing, due diligence, underwriting, portfolio construction, performance monitoring, and investment recommendations. Responsibilities include analyzing funds and co-investments, building financial models, monitoring risks and liquidity, preparing investment committee materials, conducting market research, maintaining investment databases, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role also identifies opportunities to improve investment processes through technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Support brokers, applicants, and members in the sale and administration of individual and small employer health plans. Provide training, resolve underwriting/enrollment issues, update sales systems, handle correspondence, assist with escalations, and deliver sales coaching. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal policies; participate in events and occasional overtime during Open Enrollment.

Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning platforms, pipelines, and production models. Develop MLOps frameworks for governance, testing, automation, monitoring, retraining, and optimization. Partner with data scientists, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to integrate scalable machine learning systems into healthcare operations. Apply DevOps, cloud, big data, and Responsible AI practices while communicating technical insights and supporting strategic analytics initiatives.

Manage relationships with ~400 brokers and oversee enrollment and annual renewal for ~2,400 small employer groups (25,000–30,000 members). Serve as liaison between brokers, clients, and underwriting; present proposals, negotiate agreements, resolve issues across benefits, billing, enrollment, and compliance; travel frequently to broker and client sites; support marketing with market trends and product updates.

Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and supports production software across the full SDLC. Collaborates with users and teams, contributes to architecture and estimates, follows secure coding practices, and works within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams to deliver solutions and maintain system reliability.

Lead net patient revenue accounting across hospitals and clinics, manage month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations, oversee Kodiak RCA valuation inputs, supervise and develop analysts, collaborate with revenue cycle and finance teams on forecasts and budgets, and drive process improvements ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance.

Coordinates financial and administrative support for construction projects by tracking budgets, reviewing bids, processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders, submitting and monitoring invoices, reconciling accounts, managing documentation, resolving errors, and supporting project closeout with fixed asset teams.

Provide technical support, configuration, implementation, testing, and maintenance for healthcare applications (EHR, PACS, ERP, CRM). Gather requirements, produce designs, manage small-to-mid projects, partner with vendors, support integrations, develop training and tests, participate in on-call rotations, and follow change management and documentation standards.

Support and maintain accounting systems and data flows, resolve errors, perform root-cause data analysis, validate reports/general ledger data, train and advise accounting and finance users, and act as subject-matter expert on system functionality and integrations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
