Manage and grow relationships with law firm and insurance clients, identify expansion opportunities, onboard and train clients on ABI systems, conduct account reviews, maintain CRM records, and achieve revenue and referral growth targets through consultative selling and client engagement.

Greet visitors, answer and screen multiple phone lines, provide general administrative and clerical support including mail, faxes, document preparation, and reception area maintenance. Perform other assigned duties and maintain confidentiality while working independently and under occasional pressure.

Manage and implement national sales programs, maintain and grow strategic client relationships across a multi-state territory, coordinate with sales and senior management, troubleshoot account issues, input and manage client data, generate qualified leads, report progress, and travel frequently for field work.

Lead and manage day-to-day billing operations, staff, and processes. Ensure accurate, timely invoicing and vouchering, collaborate with operations and collections, drive process improvements and automation, perform audits, handle billing inquiries and disputes, and complete month-end/quarterly/year-end reporting while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
