Own integrated marketing planning and campaign delivery across brand, creative, digital, retail, and wholesale. Manage master calendars, workbacks, capacity planning, operating reviews, risk logs, workflows, reporting coordination, vendor operations, and marketing documentation. Partner cross-functionally with Analytics, Finance, Legal, sales channels, and marketing leadership to prioritize work, improve processes, and ensure campaigns launch effectively.

Drive inbound and outbound sales through phone, chat, and other channels while delivering a consultative customer experience. Lead translation of commercial strategy into field execution by creating sales-ready messaging, proof packs, and launch materials. Drive retailer marketing activation, equip sales teams with tools and training, coordinate cross-functional commercialization timelines, and measure adoption, sales readiness, and retailer engagement to grow retailer champions and consumer belief in GelFlex Grid.
