Supports the women’s denim design and product development team through trend, fabric, wash, and trim research; creates sketches, CADs, tech packs, line sheets, and presentations; maintains design information in Miro and PLM; attends fittings and meetings; organizes samples and references; and handles daily administrative and design tasks.

Lead Madewell’s brand voice and Copy team across campaigns, product storytelling, digital, social, e-commerce, retail, and emerging channels. Develop integrated concepts, messaging frameworks, naming principles, and editorial standards while partnering with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Product, Legal, and other teams. Mentor internal and freelance writers, ensure consistent high-quality execution, use customer insights to improve creative performance, and oversee copy processes across the customer journey.

Coordinates daily distribution center training, trainer assignments, onboarding, skills assessments, cross-training, and refresher programs. Monitors associate progress, coaches Department Trainers, maintains LMS and certification records, and escalates training gaps. Ensures current SOPs, work instructions, safety, quality, and compliance standards are followed. Supports continuous improvement by identifying recurring training issues, gathering feedback, and maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation.

Lead Madewell’s influencer strategy and creator relationships, managing paid partnerships, negotiations, seeding programs, campaigns, content deliverables, budgets, compliance, and performance reporting. Partner with marketing and creative teams to build brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Track social and creator trends, develop community initiatives and activations, and mentor junior team members and interns.

Support the Senior Womens Denim Designer by developing concepts, selecting color stories, fabrics, trims, and graphics; prepare presentation boards and CAD artwork; research trends; collaborate with Technical Design on specs and with Production to maintain design integrity through production.

Manages Madewell’s Insider loyalty program, including program design, annual and seasonal strategy, and daily loyalty campaigns. Partners with Lifecycle leadership to develop, implement, and optimize a multichannel lifecycle marketing program that strengthens customer engagement and brand connection across omnichannel experiences. The role is onsite in New York City three days per week.
