Leads enterprise IT strategy, portfolio management, AI governance and enablement, cybersecurity initiatives, change management, communications, GxP validation and audit readiness. Oversees IT governance, operating-model improvements, budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, and cross-functional coordination. Partners with executives and business system owners to prioritize initiatives, manage risks, support regulated systems, and drive digital transformation across the biotechnology organization.

Provides high-level executive and administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Leadership Team. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, meeting and offsite planning, agenda and presentation preparation, action-item tracking, operating-rhythm support, administrative processes, and confidential information management. The role also coordinates selected commercial initiatives and adopts AI, automation, and emerging productivity tools to improve team efficiency.
