Responsibilities include organizing transaction documents, maintaining checklists and data rooms, tracking open items, coordinating developers, investors, consultants, and outside counsel, managing document revisions and signatures, supporting entity filings, and escalating legal or structural issues. The role requires working knowledge of LIHTC, multifamily real estate transactions, title, zoning, environmental, organizational, loan, and partnership documentation.

Leads affordable housing operations across more than 100 locations, overseeing Regional Managers, strategic growth, budgets, capital planning, compliance, property performance, stakeholder relationships, and organizational alignment. The role manages regional financial objectives, supports new property launches, coordinates with construction and development, maintains LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance, and provides leadership, mentoring, recruitment, and performance management for regional teams.

Provides administrative and operational support for risk management analysts by processing and monitoring insurance claims, supporting policy renewals, maintaining insurance records, tracking certificates of insurance, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and managing departmental databases and correspondence.
