Leads HIL/SIL validation, root-cause analysis, supplier technical direction, prototype builds, manufacturing launch, and production issue resolution while coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management.

Own product cost strategy for a commercial vehicle chassis from concept through production launch. Develop component, subsystem, and vehicle-level cost models; lead design-to-cost, VA/VE, DFM/DFA, supplier cost analysis, and cost optimization. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, finance, quality, and program management. Support sourcing, prototype builds, validation, launch, production changes, software releases, and regulatory compliance while balancing cost, safety, quality, durability, manufacturability, and performance.

Leads industrialization project management for the next-generation F53/F59 chassis platform, coordinating facilities, equipment, process validation, quality, workforce, materials, supply chain, and production ramp activities. Manages schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholder accountability, knowledge transfer, and launch readiness to support Q1 2028 production while ensuring continuity, safety, quality, delivery, and scalable manufacturing operations.

Leads the end-to-end program management office for Blue Bird’s chassis business unit, overseeing cross-functional design, procurement, manufacturing transition, sales, service, IT, and launch readiness. Owns the master project plan, governance, risks, milestones, KPIs, budget, capital investments, and executive communications. Coordinates internal and external stakeholders to deliver the Q1 2028 production launch on time and on budget while ensuring customer, dealer, product, talent, quality, and financial continuity.

Design and develop vehicle electrical systems using CAD tools; create models, drawings, and test documentation; support prototype development, troubleshooting, and design reviews while ensuring compliance with FMVSS, state, and customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and provide technical reports and presentations.

Define and drive vehicle-level architecture, requirements, and integration across mechanical, electrical, software, and controls domains. Create and manage system requirements and ICDs, maintain traceability and verification, lead trade-offs and cross-functional integration, resolve technical issues, and establish scalable systems engineering practices to support prototype through production launches.
