Uses cold calling, email, CRM campaigns, LinkedIn, social media, blogging, networking, and presentations to attract qualified recruits while representing company values and platform benefits.

Process conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA mortgage loans: enter data into the LOS, order credit reports and appraisals, gather and clear underwriting conditions, communicate with borrowers, originators, underwriters and closing, and deliver complete files to closing within 48 hours.

Manages personal mortgage production while supervising, recruiting, coaching, and training Loan Originators. Develops Realtor and referral-source relationships, monitors loan quality and compliance with company guidelines, and balances originator compensation with production. Requires mortgage underwriting, pricing, credit, property eligibility, and regulatory knowledge. The position requires a minimum of 80% travel.

Processes conventional, FHA, VA, and reverse mortgage loans by entering loan data, issuing disclosures, registering loans, ordering credit, mortgage insurance, compliance, and fraud reports, verifying employment and deposits, contacting borrowers for outstanding conditions, and completing income calculations. Works under the Regional Processing Manager and follows company, investor, federal, and state guidelines.

Manages personal mortgage loan production while supervising, coaching, recruiting, and training Loan Originators. Builds Realtor and referral-source relationships, maintains production goals, monitors loan quality and policy compliance, and oversees compensation alignment. Requires mortgage underwriting, pricing, credit, property eligibility, and regulatory knowledge. The role is office-based but requires a minimum of 80% travel.

Support mortgage files from opening through clear-to-close by reviewing completeness, tracking documentation, coordinating with loan officers and third parties, resolving title and pre-closing conditions, and preparing files for timely closings while maintaining accurate file records and communication.

Identify and recruit qualified Mortgage Loan Originators and branch offices by sourcing leads, building relationships, conducting outreach (calls, email, CRM, LinkedIn), qualifying candidates, coordinating discovery steps with management, and ensuring smooth handoffs for onboarding while representing company culture and values.

Lead and mentor branch processors by training on Encompass and workflows, reviewing loans before underwriting and clear-to-close, overseeing Bond program loans, managing up to 20-loan personal pipeline, coordinating coverage, and reporting performance and improvement recommendations to Processing Manager.

Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager including calendar management, phone and email handling, meeting prep, lead forwarding and tracking, client follow-up calls, marketing and event assistance, office organization, and ad-hoc tasks to free the manager for prospecting and sales activities.
