Handles transportation service exceptions, trip data accuracy, approvals, denials, appeals, benefit utilization, mileage, and billing investigations. Provides customer service and outreach to members, medical facilities, clients, and stakeholders through phone and written channels. Partners with Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, and HRIS on plan administration, compliance, systems, and process improvements. Leads compensation documentation, governance, cross-functional projects, and executive-ready analyses.

Architect and deliver complex distributed systems using Azure cloud-native technologies, microservices, APIs, and event-driven patterns. Lead architecture reviews, reliability initiatives, performance optimization, incident response, and root-cause analysis. Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools while maintaining security and code quality. Collaborate across engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams, and mentor engineers on technical design, development practices, and AI-enabled workflows.

Owns the technical health, enhancement, and production support of Amazon Connect contact-center capabilities and an intelligent virtual assistant. Designs contact flows, routing, integrations, and conversational experiences; develops serverless AWS integrations; troubleshoots incidents; improves observability, security, release practices, and documentation; and partners with business, operations, product, security, and vendor teams to deliver reliable customer-facing services.

Defines enterprise AWS cloud architecture and standards; designs secure, scalable, compliant multi-account platforms and landing zones. Builds production Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi and AWS CDK, prototypes infrastructure, reviews engineering delivery, and creates handoff documentation. Provides technical leadership, mentors architects, supports cloud strategy, evaluates AWS services, and embeds cost optimization, governance, security, and compliance practices into platform design.

Leads the corporate Ethics and Compliance Program, including policies, internal controls, audits, risk management, fraud prevention, third-party risk, compliance education, and corrective actions. Partners with operational and executive leaders to strengthen ethical conduct, standardize processes, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and drive organizational change. The role also develops compliance leaders and oversees scalable tools and programs across multiple locations.

Supports the Legal Department by drafting, reviewing, revising, and coordinating commercial contracts and related legal documents. Performs first-level contract review, identifies non-standard provisions, researches contractual and regulatory issues, prepares redlines and summaries, and coordinates with attorneys and business stakeholders. Maintains contract records, workflows, renewals, templates, and clause libraries in contract management systems while responding to internal process questions and supporting efficiency initiatives.

Provides administrative support to multiple managers, including calendar and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, presentation preparation, recordkeeping, correspondence, phone and visitor reception, budget reporting, office supply procurement, and special projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It is fully onsite five days per week in the Denver Tech Center.

Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts across software platforms. Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, track defects, perform regression testing, and create test documentation. Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and testability. The role also involves applying testing processes, supporting CI/CD practices, coordinating with distributed teams, and staying current with testing tools and methodologies.
