Lead a team of business systems analysts to discover and deliver technology solutions, prioritize projects with business stakeholders, define requirements and user stories, oversee artifacts (process flows, mockups, data flows), coordinate IT resources, perform ROI analysis, manage project scope/budget/risk, and ensure successful delivery through strong communication and collaboration with business and development teams.
