Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IIQ identity governance solutions. Onboard applications, build connectors, automate provisioning, implement RBAC, integrate via JDBC/REST/SCIM, support upgrades, troubleshoot connectivity, produce IAM architecture documentation, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to meet compliance and audit readiness.

The Mortgage Consultant originates and processes loans, engages with borrowers to understand their needs, and meets sales goals while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Support special loans servicing by researching and resolving ARM, DSI, HELOC, balloon, and modified loan issues; clear exceptions; audit change notifications; review documents for investor and regulatory compliance; process modifications; calculate amortizations and apply adjustments; complete special projects and miscellaneous tasks to improve departmental efficiency.

Originates purchase and refinance mortgage loans from company-provided leads. Consults with borrowers, assesses their needs, recommends suitable products, takes applications, prepares loan proposals, gathers documentation, and supports timely closings. Maintains compliance, stays current on mortgage industry trends, and meets monthly sales goals while delivering accurate, responsive customer service.

Coordinates residential mortgage appraisal orders from assignment through completion across multiple lending channels. Tracks appraisal status, maintains workflow and documentation in the loan origination system, prepares pipeline and performance reports, identifies delays or compliance concerns, and communicates with appraisers and internal underwriting, processing, production, and client teams to resolve issues and manage appraisal-related conditions.

Supervises mortgage document administration teams, including assignments, lien release, collateral, MERS, transaction management, and related functions. Provides staff leadership, training, coaching, performance management, workflow coordination, and issue resolution. Oversees vendor and custodian compliance with service-level agreements, reporting, policies, procedures, SharePoint content, and job aids. Requires mortgage servicing document expertise, strong communication and organizational skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, analytical ability, and basic SQL knowledge.

Leads retail mortgage production across multiple offices by recruiting, developing, and managing Loan Consultants. Drives market strategy, loan volume, profitability, business-plan execution, customer service, loan quality, and pull-through performance. The manager monitors results, conducts performance reviews, reports on market performance, implements company policies, maintains recruiting pipelines, identifies business opportunities, and promotes the company brand. Personal loan production at or above target is also required.
