Manages user account creation, modification, deactivation, and access provisioning across multiple systems. Supports onboarding and offboarding, maintains provisioning records, resolves account and password issues, tracks requests in an IT service management tool, and ensures compliance with security and organizational policies. Collaborates with IT, HR, application owners, and department managers while identifying opportunities to optimize and automate provisioning workflows.

Lead strategic direction and operations of the Wealth Management department, drive growth and profitability, manage P&L, oversee investment and trust services, ensure compliance and risk management, build relationships and business development, hire and develop staff, collaborate on marketing and product strategy, and report to executive committees.

Provide advanced analytical support for Credit Administration including preparing and reviewing quarterly Allowance for Credit Losses (ACL) calculations, documenting qualitative adjustments, preparing committee materials and reports, maintaining credit policies and SOX control documentation, and delivering loan and asset-quality reporting to management and the board.
