Drive cross-functional initiatives, prioritize enhancements, manage integrations, support escalations, and ensure adoption and operational scale through stakeholder collaboration and process documentation.

Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial plans using eMoney and analysis tools; partner with advisor teams to implement strategies, mentor planners, support client-facing activities, and improve processes while maintaining high accuracy and client retention.
