Manage global financial consolidation, monthly close, financial statement preparation, audit schedules, SEC reporting, and U.S. GAAP compliance. Maintain and enhance Hyperion Financial Management, improve accounting policies and internal controls, review subsidiary data, advise regional teams on complex transactions, and coordinate with auditors, advisors, and internal finance functions. The role also leads and develops junior staff while supporting North American and EMEA operations.

Leads North American project finance and M&A activities for renewable energy projects. Responsibilities include raising tax equity and debt, structuring corporate facilities, overseeing project sales and divestitures, managing financial institution relationships, evaluating financing structures, guiding transactions, and mentoring the Project Finance and M&A teams. Partners with development, legal, corporate finance, business development, and origination teams to execute complex solar and storage project financings.
