Provide corporate paralegal and executive assistant support to the General Counsel: draft and review agreements, manage entity governance and filings, coordinate with outside counsel, perform KYC/UBO and compliance tasks, prepare corporate records/charts, support M&A and bankruptcy-related work, manage executive communications, meetings, travel, expenses, and document management.
