Lead fund accounting and administration for SEC-registered investment products, overseeing daily NAV production, valuation governance, SEC reporting, audits, and third-party administrators. Serve as primary liaison to auditors, boards, regulators, and service providers, drive process improvements and controls, support product launches and restructurings, and manage and develop a high-performing team to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Perform fund accounting, financial and client reporting for fund-of-funds and private credit vehicles. Handle quarter-end review, distribution recommendations, cash management, coordinate with fund administrators and auditors, compile regulatory filing data, and support closings and internal partners to ensure timely deliverables.

Lead portfolio construction, liquidity and risk management for open-ended private credit evergreen funds.
