The Senior Trustee Sales Specialist manages the foreclosure process, ensuring compliance with laws, handling documentation, and responding to inquiries related to foreclosures.

The Trustee Sales Specialist processes foreclosures, prepares necessary documents, ensures data accuracy, and handles communications with clients and third parties.

Prepare and distribute investor loan-level and monthly accounting reports, reconcile cash and remittances, forecast principal and interest advances, process wire transfers to investors, analyze remittance discrepancies, maintain reporting systems and pool-to-security reconciliations, and coordinate with servicing departments to ensure compliance with investor agreements.

Answer inbound and make outbound calls to borrowers to explain loss mitigation options, evaluate hardship documentation, communicate approvals/denials, escalate liquidation cases, coordinate with intake and escalation teams, and help finalize loan workouts to avoid foreclosure, following company policies and government program requirements.

Serve as an advanced subject-matter expert in mortgage loss mitigation, handling inbound/outbound calls, researching and resolving escalations, reviewing hardship documentation, recommending workout options, communicating approvals/denials, tracking cases, and coordinating with management to retain homeownership and avoid foreclosure.

Develop and maintain broker/seller relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage products. Advise and train brokers on programs, pricing, and submission systems; act as liaison with internal teams to ensure timely loan closings and purchases. Manage pipeline and CRM, ensure regulatory and company compliance, meet sales goals, and provide high-level customer service.

The Sr. Foreclosure Specialist monitors vendor activities for foreclosure processing, ensures compliance with state laws, manages tasks, trains new hires, and communicates with stakeholders to resolve issues.

Provide on-site administrative support for post-foreclosure and REO property workflows: manage inboxes, research properties, notarize and process documents, audit files for compliance, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and maintain confidentiality.

Perform complex investor account reconciliations and analyze remittance differences between investor reports and servicing systems. Validate cross-department data, research and resolve discrepancies, support reconciliation packets and regulatory deadlines (SEC Regulation AB), reconcile specialty accounts, and assist team reporting and special projects to ensure accurate investor servicing and custodial cash balances.

Handle inbound and outbound borrower calls to evaluate and offer loss mitigation options (modifications, forbearance, repayment plans). Review hardship documentation, communicate approvals/denials, escalate denials to liquidation teams, coordinate with intake and escalations, and ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
