Manage accurate processing, closing, funding and servicing of real-estate secured transactions. Coordinate title, appraisal and flood determinations, prepare and review closing and collateral documents, execute closings with clients, administer funding and filings, perform post-close reviews, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and provide client support across lending business units.

Supports variable compensation design and administration, maintains compensation systems and reports, advises leaders on pay decisions, and ensures compliance with compensation regulations.

Lead and direct appraisal operations, setting governance, policies, workforce plans, and performance measures. Drive continuous improvement, partner with technology and business leaders on implementations, manage change and organizational readiness, and coach teams to achieve scalable, compliant, high-quality service delivery aligned with business objectives.
