The Customer Engagement Specialist will lead trainings and support districts in implementing Paper's GROW high-impact tutoring program, enhancing student engagement and academic success.

Lead in-person implementation of Paper's GROW tutoring across East Coast districts: coordinate onsite logistics, conduct in-person and virtual trainings, onboard and support students, build relationships with administrators and teachers, and expand district engagement while managing heavy travel.

The Program Designer will develop and oversee educational programs, ensuring alignment with customer needs, managing project plans, and leading onboarding for the GROW tutoring program.

Lead end-to-end accounting: own close process, general ledger, financial statements, audits, tax coordination, ASC 606 revenue recognition, NetSuite optimization, controls, SOPs, and grow the accounting team in a high-growth environment.
