Leads mortgage product strategy, development, implementation, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement for Encompass and related mortgage banking systems. Defines product roadmaps, business cases, requirements, governance, and success metrics; coordinates cross-functional technology initiatives, testing, training, launches, and risk management. Serves as a mortgage banking subject matter expert and advises leadership on product performance, regulatory trends, client needs, and strategic opportunities.
