Perform Kubernetes operations, maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage observability (Prometheus/Thanos/OpenTelemetry), update self-service workflows and documentation, participate in on-call rotation, and automate housekeeping tasks for cost and performance.

Maintain and enhance .NET-based tools supporting product development, underwriting, and risk management. Build and integrate RESTful services, automate processes and scheduled jobs, support WinForms/WPF desktop apps, troubleshoot and monitor systems, and collaborate with DBAs and engineers to ensure data integrity and reliable performance.

Drive in-person revenue expansion across mid-market accounts by building C-suite relationships, discovering opportunities, leading consultative sales, coordinating with India delivery teams, and representing the company at industry events to create sustained account growth.
