Provides in-person and remote desktop and end-user computing support across Portland-area offices and customer sites. Responsibilities include incident and request management, Level 1 escalation support, hardware and software troubleshooting, mobile device and directory administration, asset inventory, documentation, executive user support, and participation in infrastructure, application, and security projects. Requires on-call flexibility, travel between regional sites, and quarterly travel to Montana.

Administer and support enterprise server, cloud, network, identity, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure. Deploy and maintain Windows, AWS, Azure, and collaboration platforms; manage patches, backups, disaster recovery, monitoring, capacity, security controls, and automation. Provide escalation-level support within SLAs, document environments, follow change-management procedures, participate in on-call rotations, and mentor junior staff. The role is remote or hybrid in the US with occasional customer travel.
