Conduct software quality assurance and testing for DISA-supported applications. Responsibilities include interpreting requirements, creating quality control and user acceptance test plans, designing and executing functional, integration, regression, performance, accessibility, and cybersecurity tests, developing automated test scripts, evaluating testing tools, analyzing results, reporting progress, and advising on complex software and hardware application testing.

Designs and implements Appian software solutions while leading complex development projects, managing resources, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and mentoring Appian developers. The role requires expertise in databases, system integration, Agile development, BPM best practices, process modeling, user interface and data modeling, and technical requirements across enterprise applications. This remote position supports DISA and requires U.S. citizenship, with occasional travel possible.

Develops Appian solutions from user requirements, completes basic and complex development assignments, and delivers working code through Agile and SDLC processes. Collaborates independently and within small teams, presents to product owners and stakeholders, maps database changes to Appian CDTs, and follows project methodologies, deployment cycles, and client protocols. The role supports Foreign Military Sales and offers mentorship toward senior technical and architectural responsibilities.

Designs and develops enterprise-scale applications, collaborating with business analysts and system architects. Implements web- and API-based solutions using Java, .NET, AngularJS, JavaScript, SOAP/REST, MuleSoft, and low-code/no-code BPMN tools (Appian, Salesforce, Nintex) with SQL Server in agile/hybrid environments.

Develop and deliver Appian solutions by understanding user requirements, building applications, and executing complex development tasks. Participate in agile processes, present to stakeholders, work independently and in small teams, and follow SDLC and deployment procedures to support Foreign Military Sales projects.

Lead design and delivery of Appian-based BPM solutions: plan and manage Appian development projects, design integrations and data models, mentor developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply Agile and BPM best practices.

Administer federal contract lifecycle for prime contracts, task orders, and subcontracts. Review solicitations and modifications, negotiate and draft contracts and NDAs, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, track funding and milestones, support proposals and audits, provide contractual guidance to program teams, and coordinate subcontract flow-downs and billing with finance.

Provide expert technical direction for complex DAAS/API Gateway implementations. Support API development, Low-Code/No-Code integrations, AWS/MuleSoft environments, upgrades, and post-production. Serve on executive project teams, ensure security/CUI compliance, collaborate with PMs, Scrum teams, developers, testers, and government stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end functional oversight.

Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale web and API-based applications. Collaborate with business analysts and architects to build solutions using low-code/no-code BPMN tools, MuleSoft Anypoint, .NET, MS SQL Server, and web technologies. Maintain secure remote work practices for government CUI environments and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Design, deploy, and sustain DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines and microservices in hardened containers. Guide application teams to refactor monoliths to microservices, support APIs for low-code/no-code platforms, implement BPMN-based automation, and develop integrations using MuleSoft and Microsoft .NET/SQL Server. Ensure compliance with government security controls and CUI handling.
